June 2011: My Westmead Ball

Blacktown Workers Club was the scene for the first My Westmead Ball. Hospital staff and community members came together to raise money and celebrate the amazing people of Westmead and their life saving work.

September 2011: charity race day |
Join the style set for spring racing at Hawkesbury Race Club for Westmead Medical Research Foundation's annual charity race day. Soak up the September sun with horseracing, fashion competitions, lunch and drinks, auctions and raffles. |

December 2010: Christmas raffle |
More than 200 nurses and other staff at Westmead Hospital sold raffle tickets in the lead-up to Christmas to support their hospital. Thanks to their hard work, we raised more than $4000 for My Westmead, and the nurses won some prizes of their own along the way! (Pic: Belinda Brennan with a festive volunteer) |
November 2010: community day |
Our good friends at Parramatta Westfield hosted a Community Day. They sold showbags, popcorn, fairy floss and face painting, directing all proceeds to much-needed refurbishments for the kids at Redbank House. |
